The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It becomes enforceable from 25 May 2018.
When you create a Customer Account, we collect your name, email address and date of birth. When you place an order to buy tickets, we securely collect payment details including card details, billing address and postcode.
We need this data in order to take your payment, to process your ticket order, to deliver your tickets to you and to ensure your entry into the event you are attending.
We keep a record of your ticket orders in our secure system. Your card and payment details are held separately with our Merchant Partners (Wirecard and Paypal). We do not share these details with anyone.
If you Opt-in to receiving marketing:
If you Opt-in to receiving marketing and you purchase tickets via an affiliate ticket shop (Ibiza Voice), your name and email address will be shared with that affiliate.
Please note, you can Opt-out at of receiving marketing any time.
If you Opt-out of receiving marketing, we will not share your email address with anyone.
In cases where they need it to fulfil legal obligations (for example, health and safety regulations), some of the Promoters who use our service to sell tickets choose to collect extra data. We endeavour to clearly tell you why we’re asking for this information, what we will do with it and what your rights are. We advise these Promoters not to use this data for marketing purposes.
If you pre-register your interest in a specific event using our Pre-registration feature or by making use of ‘Notify me when tickets are available’, we will use your email address for marketing purposes; by providing your email address for pre-registration or ‘Notify me when tickets are available’, you are consenting to this and you have shown a legitimate interest in our products and services. You can Opt-out at any time.
You can Opt-in or Opt-out of receiving marketing from us when you first create a Customer Account. You can also sign into your Customer Account at any time here and visit My Profile to Opt-out or tailor your preferences, at any time. You can also click Unsubcribe at the bottom of our marketing emails.
You can contact [email protected] to delete your Customer Account, request more information on the data we are holding and to request data withdrawal. We will action any requests within 30 days of receipt of your request.
