On Saturday 27th October Drumcode are back at Tobacco Dock this Halloween for the seventh edition of London’s premier Autumn rave. As ever, Adam Beyer leads the charge. The label boss will play a special extended set, closing the Great Gallery. He is surrounded by a nucleus of talent who have moulded the imprint - including artists who have been ever-present at this annual event. Wife Ida Engberg joins him, along with Drumcode’s UK contingent Alan Fitzpatrick and Dense & Pika. Also involved in proceedings will be Fitzpatrick’s We Are the Brave bredrin, Boxia. As with previous years, the line-up also include some breakout stars the label has pushed. After making debuts in 2017, Enrico Sangiuliano and Layton Giordani both return to Wapping. Marco Faraone and Bart Skils are two further who have previously appeared.
This roadblock event wouldn’t be complete without Beyer inviting some of the industry’s leading acts to compliment his assortment of stars. Nicole Moudaber, Marcel Fengler and Paco Osuna will all be in attendance, whilst Glaswegian techno stalwarts Slam are scene royalty. Perhaps most excitingly, rising Belgian star Charlotte de Witte will be making her debut at the showcase.
One of the biggest selling points of this clubbing extravaganza is the audience participation. Not only does Drumcode Halloween traditionally sell-out weeks in advance, but a high % of attendees opt to go all out in fancy dress.
Aside from phenomenal music, you can expect to immersed into Drumcode Halloween’s nightmarish world. With actors performing interactive skits centered around a horrifying theme, there is plenty of action going on in all corners of Tobacco Dock to keep you entertained even when on downtime from the cooker pressure dance arenas.
Tickets for this event are never about for long, so secure yours now as it’s fair to say we expect this to follow suit and sell out.
