The techno don has stirred the air with the release of the new label, bbbbbb, arriving around the corner in early February.

The Icelandic producer shares the concept with one of his aliases which appeared on last year's Sleep Not Found album. Also featuring along the bbbbbb journey is childhood friend and fellow producer, Johnny Chrome Silver. The involvement of the artist's past enriches the producer's ongoing fascination with the soothing vocals and sound of the old-school rave, adopting a back to the future approach, with 'My Inspiration' originally released in 1992.

'My Inspiration' will be the label's first release – a 90's breakbeat hardcore track by X-Static (the project of Floyd Dice and Acen) – a tribute to Bjarki's obsession of accumulating jungle and hardcore slamming sounds, a nostalgic testament to future production work to come from Bjarki, and we can't wait.

The release follows influences from last year's success of the three LP's, Б, Lefhanded Fuqs and Æ, released on Russian Nina Kraviz's Trip label. The young producer is a regular contributor to Kraviz’s label with none other than the famous 'I Wanna Go Bang' released in 2015, sweeping the techno community. 'My Inspiration' will see the producer step out of Nina's Trip label and further the ambitions of the young producer, and with the artist stating his relentless hard work of producing 10 tracks a day, the fruits of his labour will surely be rewarded.

It should be known that Bjarki is no stranger to experimenting with sounds, with a compilation of genres in ‘Fresh Jive’ being voted as 'FACT Magazine's 20 best house and techno tracks of 2016.'

My Inspiration is released on February 7 with mouth-watering clips already available.
