Later this summer, Chris Liebing returns to London to get Closer to the audience than he ever has before.
It was almost exactly five years ago, that the German techno master lit-up Sidings warehouse with a 6 hour masterpiece. Now he once again has the opportunity to peel back more layers to his usual breakneck style. This August Bank Holiday Weekend, Chris Liebing plays a marathon open to close set at East London’s newest nightspot, E1 warehouse.
It’s a timely booking for the firm LWE favourite. Liebing is readying to drop his debut album Burn Slow on Mute. The LP is set to feature more minimal, slower BPM music than the producer is usually accustomed to. With the extended set allowing Liebing to dig deeper into his record collection and explore different styles, building the night from scratch, we will surely be treated to a lot of his material from the new project until later building into the no-holds-barred techno he is famed for. With Chris Liebing’s extensive knowledge, this multi-faced artist no gets a rare opportunity to showcase his full repertoire. Fans of the superstar and newcomers alike are set to be dazzled by his craftsmanship at E1 on Sunday 26th August.
