Last Saturday, 6,000 revellers descended on Wapping’s Tobacco Dock for the official launch of COGO - London's new promoters exploring nu-skool kicks, with an old-skool mentality. Music was spread across four rooms, with over twenty of the world's leading house and techno DJs.
Keen partygoers arrived early to make the most of the sun-kissed terrace before the night set in, where Sonny Fodera’s Solotoko label hosted a takeover. Australian house sensation Dom Dolla provided the perfect warm up to Sonny’s closing set, which was one of the days many highlights. Meanwhile, Max Chapman and Detlef heated things up nicely in the car park for Steve Lawler's grand finale. Whilst over in the main arena aka the Great Gallery - Realm, Chris Lake delivered a punchy house set which set the scene perfectly for house heavyweights Gorgon City, who many claimed played the best set of the day.
If you weren’t lucky enough to join in the proceedings, take a look at our highlights in pictures below.
