Just when you thought it was safe to get back on the dancefloor… East London’s finest purveyors of the underground have just dropped some sensational news. We’re only just getting over the release of Enzo Siragusa’s debut album, A Decade Of Rave. The 10-track LP that came out in April has been on heavy rotation at Ticket Tannoy Towers ever since. Now it seems the world is ready and waiting for volume II. The first installment, was essentially a 100% solo production - although fellow FUSE member, Rossko did make a cameo on MC-duties on penultimate track, Rollin’ Riddim. However, for the forthcoming follow-up, collaboration is the name of the game, as Enzo invites the entire gang into the studio.
The 7-track package, scheduled to be in the public domain at the end of the month, features a collab with Rossko and two-each for Rich NxT, Archie Hamilton and Seb Zito. You can preview the tracks below:
The release comes hot on the heels of a particularly fertile period of production for the outfit. Not only did Archie Hamilton also recently release an album - Archive Fiction - but Enzo recently sung the praises of Rossko’s progress, as he made his first full release on the label, July’s Blossom EP. Aside from that, the collective has been keeping busy, finalising the last stops of the A Decade Of Rave tour - with ADE just announced.
Back on UK soil, FUSE are set to return to Tobacco Dock on September 21st, as they again hook-up with The Martinez Brother’s Cuttin’ Headz for a joint party. Last year, they had the honour of looking after the Car Park. This year, they’re charged with hosting The Terrace. In addition to the full crew turnout, Shonky and Martin Buttrich have been invited along for the ride. It doesn’t end at 22:30 however, as the action continues five minutes down the road at E1 for the official Carry On. Shonky goes B2B with Enzo, while Casey Spillman also gets involved.
A Decade Of Rave Volume Two is due for release on Friday 27th September via FUSE Records.
Tickets for both shows are on sale now.
