Adding to the anticipation for this year’s Made Festival in Birmingham, headlined by Rudimental, Stormzy and Andy C, further acts have been announced this week. Noisia, Chris Lorenzo, Mike Skinner & Murkage presents Tonga, Monki, Low Steppa and Fred V & Grafix will also play this year’s event.

The show, scheduled for July 30, was shortlisted for Best Metropolitan Festival in 2014 and is spread across six venues in Birmingham’s industrial quarter – The Digbeth Triangle.

Dutch trio Noisia and Fred V & Grafix will be spearheading the festival’s DnB faction, whilst Radio 1Extra and Red Bull Music Academy starlet Monki, fresh from her forthcoming Monki & Friends UK Tour, will be bringing a touch of class.

Local-boys-done-good Chris Lorenzo and Low Steppa are set to bring the Bassline vibe, a sound that is destined to sit well next to Tonga, the East London based brand of Mike Skinner and Manchester crew Murkage, who will no doubt find a solid home in Birmingham, a city known for its love of bass.
Promoter Pete Jordan told the Birmingham Mail: "Once again, we’ll be curating an amazing offering of music, performance arts, graffiti art, street food and creative culture that Birmingham has in abundance.

"I'm pleased to say that the line up for this years event will see MADE catapulted into the realms of some of the best festivals the UK and Europe have to offer.

"We are proud to be once again showcasing the wealth of what Birmingham modern culture has to offer and finally putting the city on the musical festival map."
