Russian star Nina Kraviz is not one to shy away from daring creations. Her talents now turn to focusing on GALAXIID - the bold sub-label of her well received imprint трип, a storming success since its inception in 2014.

We don’t know much about the label’s plans, but we’re told that GALAXIID will dedicate itself to launching a host of experimental, ambient and at times crazily psychedelic sounds. Veteran countrymen Species of Fish and maverick Icelandic producer Biogen will be the first to release fresh tracks on the label, with Biogen also set to turn out a further album for трип.

As well as promising parties under the GALAXIID banner, the new label will release further merchandise such as books and other pieces of memorabilia. Although no release dates have been mentioned just yet, Kraviz has also promised to treat listeners to sounds of the free-spirited 70's with records featuring entrancing Russian psychedelia of the time.

GALAXIID’s first event takes place at London’s new venue, Printworks, on March 25. Nina Kraviz will be among a strong line up with homeslice Bjarki, 808 State, Dopplereffekt, Aleksi Perala, Luke Vibert and PTU abringing a combination of stunning live and DJ sets.
