Almost two years ago Randomer caught our ear with the 50 th release on L.I.E.S – it’s B-side ‘Huh’ is right up there with our favourite techno tracks. Digging into his discography brings up plenty of goodness – for example Stupid Things I Do on Clone Basement Series, or any of the stuff on Hemlock.
Next up is his forthcoming release for brand new, London based label Neighbourhood, started by promoter and resident DJ Tasha to run alongside her club night of the same name. Having started off in now defunct venue Plastic People, Neighbourhood progressed to the much beloved and also soon to be deceased Dance Tunnel. The brand soon finds a new home at Pickle Factory. Over the years they’ve invited such heavyweight names as ****, so we can’t wait to see what comes next.
For Tasha, Randomer and Cadans were obvious choices for the first Neighbouhood release. You can check that below, and also catch Neighbourhood in Brighton with Randomer and Ben Sims at Patterns on June 24. Randomer also gave us some of his all time favourite tracks (at the headings below). One for the heads!
