Following the departure from Printworks in the new year, London’s leading music promoter LWE have been busy working on  new projects, and released a tantalising ‘screen test’ last week hinting  that “a new location is coming”. Their success derives from previous events held in industrial settings such as Printworks, Tobacco Dock and Junction 2 festival in Boston Manor Park, hosting worldwide talent such as Adam Beyer, Nina Kraviz, Carl Cox and Tale Of Us to name a few.

They've revealed that their next chapter begins on bank holiday Sunday (6th May) at a secret, never before used location, and will slowly release more clues in the run-up to the big reveal. Headlining the first event is Bronx born duo The Martinez Brothers, who’ll be hosting a showcase of their label Cuttin’ Headz. Anyone who saw them at Tobacco Dock on NYD in 2015 and the Printworks 2017 launch party will know how much talent they’ve got behind the decks. Their standing in the tech house scene has been solid and consistent for the past six years, and were labelled as No. 1 DJs in the world by Mixmag. They rounded off last year with their huge remix compilation ‘The Martinez Brothers Remixed Part 1’ on own label Cuttin Headz’ collaborating with big names such as Peggy Gou, Mathew Jonson, and Miss Kittin.

We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the new location, but if the previous LWE shows are anything to go by, we are sure to be blown away.
